Tamara Gorman

I love working with young children and consider the social, emotional and intellectual development of each child as I strive for an environment that is intriguing and challenging. My classroom is a place where children feel safe to explore, grow and become independent learners.

I am proud to be a National Board Certified Teacher and enjoy working with adults at Canyon as well as students. I have been a classroom teacher and have had a career in the business world. In addition, I’ve had the hands-on child development experience that comes with raising three wonderful children (adults!) of my own.
